On April 7, during a national conference, Wattsdat will participate in the discussion of the results of the research conducted by the Internet of Things Observatory of Politecnico di Milano with the main players in this market and with leading exponents from the world of institutions and academic research (the participation of the Minister for Technological Innovation and Digitization Paola Pisano is expected).
The conference will be held Tuesday from 9.30 to 12.30 and will be available exclusively online for free by all members.
The Internet of Things market in Italy continues to grow up, with more and more Companies able to collect large amounts of data from connected objects, thanks to which they can integrate their offer with new valuable services.
The trend is clear: there is a real process of "servitization" of traditional business models, which are increasingly evolving towards pay-per-use or pay-per-performance and which require a radical change all the players in the supply chain.
At the same time, technological evolution continues: LPWA (Low Power Wide Area) communication networks are expanding and use cases and experiments enabled by 5G are increasing, capable of creating new market opportunities, both in consumer and business contexts or related to the Public Administration.
